HOT ENERGY PERM INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Use shampoo to clean hair & blow the hair to 60%-70% dry.
STEP 2:
Spread softening cream(no.1) onto hair 1-2 cm away from scalp. (or the place where you want waved. Leave about 3cm for the hair end.)
STEP 3:
Check effect after 10 minutes with every shaft stretched 1-2 times longer and if it was rolled on finger without rebound. Apply cream to hair end and stay for 2 minutes. Attent that the processing time is different from different hair types.
STEP 4:
Rinse and blow dry with towel when softened enough. Apply some hair conditioner in case of the dry hair.
STEP 5:
Choose suitable perm rods, heat about 10-15 minutes (130°C-140°C). Cool for 5 minutes, heat another 5 minutes. Use neutralizer (No.2) for 10minutes.
